Welcome to Jackson's Daycare Academy:

Jackson's daycare Academy works hard to stay current on the most up-to-date teaching methods. We are constantly changing our curriculum but maintain basic methods that we believe nurture children’s learning. Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with the kids.

Social Interaction (Circle-Time- Listening to stories, retelling events, dramatic play with puppets)

Art (Stringing beads, building with blocks, painting, drawing, cutting and constructing with different materials foster the development of the child's small motor and problem solving skills, and also enhance his/her sense of creativity and self-expression.)

Science

Movement (Gross motor and small motor skills)

Music

Outdoor play

Sense related activities (smell, sight, feel)

We like kids to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools to explore with. Our daycare is filled with toys, games, musical instruments, books and computers.




As a bonus, you will receive a daily evaluation of your child’s progress. This will keep you updated on how and what they did that day, how much they ate, and what their mood was like during different activities. In many cases your child will often take home with them a “home version” of a story or song we talked about during the day, so that you’ll have a chance to repeat the exercise with them at home. (We wouldn’t want you to miss out on the fun of learning with your little one!)
